The Bear River Watershed

The Bear River watershed begins in the high country of Utah in the Uinta Mountains. The Bear river then travels through three states; Southwest Wyoming, Southeast Idaho and finally ending it's journey back in Utah draining into the dead sea, Great Salt Lake. During it's journey the Bear River slices through the Bear River Mountain range known for it's regionally important conservation corridor that critically links the northern and southern Rocky Mountains.
