Route has severe rutting and erosion issues on the lower section. Several illegal spurs. Heavy and current use.
Illegal route from RT 023 South Fork (IMG_0123, Easting 438790 Northing 4609813) and an illegal route coming up from Leatham Hollow (IMG_0138, IMG_0139, Easting 438412 Northing 4610722) appear to be under construction and attempting to create a loop route. The two ends are within 3/10 mile of connecting.
